Training support for workers under the framework of the European Social Fund (ESF)
The Employment Service (AMS) is funding with this aid, the cost of skills development of workers. The aim is to secure the employment of workers through training and to facilitate the training activities for employers.

Educational leave
Educational leave give workers the opportunity to be exempt from work for three to twelve months in order to participate in training - without having to terminate the employment relationship. Entitled to educational leave are workers who have been employed with an employer for at least a year. During the educational leave receives the person on unpaid leave, a training grant from the AMS in the amount of unemployment benefit.
